The 18-year-old singer-actress has been spotted with 16-year-old teen sensation Justin Bieber multiple times -- holding hands in IHOP and leaving arm-in-arm, running around Miami, and having some private time on his tour bus after one of his concerts last week.
During every one of these excursions, Selena Gomez was sans promise ring.
What does it mean? Maybe Selena Gomez has changed her taste in jewelry. Maybe she keeps accidentally forgetting it in the soap dish after she washes her hands.
