A pinky ring is a ring worn on the pinky finger. virginal Pinky rings are not gender-specific, and are commonly found on both men and women. Often there is no special significance associated with wearing a purity pinky ring, other than the typical motivations for wearing jewellery. There are a few exceptions, however: Engineers in Canada and the United States, participants in The Ritual of the Calling of an Engineer and members of the Order of the Engineer wear a tungsten steel or iron ring on the pinky finger on the "strong" hand, and a signet ring is often traditionally worn on the pinky finger.
